Why a Kevlar & composites?

Principle:
These carb gaskets are intended to reduce heat and allow distance to be gained from manifold.
Made from High-heat Kevlar gasket stock to
insure you will not have to replace them
with normal use.

Heat transfer is a significant problem for Amal carbs and their proper operation during summer months.

In R&D BSA 441 Primary and transmission side gaskets, complete concentric rebuild kits including Viton tipped needles and O-rings. O-rings and Kevlar spacers available to dealers at a bulk discount.

My customized '69 441 Shooting Star. Balancing makes a world of difference in these classic thumpers.
